I just purchased some 250-300 partitions for my Kahnke .50 with a 26" Green Mountain Barrel. I was curious, it says on the back"recommended 90grains ffg". Would that be 80grs. using Triple 7 since it is hotter?

Its the same. I switched from Pyrodex Select to Triple7, 100 gr charge.
I am using the 260 g.451 PT's in my M700 in line with great results.
The WT deer don't seam to like it.

Personally when trying new projectiles my start point is generally 85gr of T7, then work up in 5's till max load (if i ever get their). 90grs of ffg T7 = shade over 100 of RS, so should be perfectly safe. If you have experience with the ML I'd start where you saw results previously and then adjust accordingly. If you have limited experience start low and work up in 5's till you see accuracy fade or you reach max for your ml.
