Nosler SHOTS?

Hi,

I have been buying some 55gr soft point .224" projectiles under the name of "Nosler SHOTS" but they do not come in packaging from you guys and are in clear plastic bags with a printed sticker... They are about $28 AUD for 200
They are good projectiles and shoot remarkably well in my 22-250rem

As far as I knew Nosler SHOTS were 52gr Hollow Points and came in a box.

So my question is are these projectiles actually Nosler bullets or is my gunshop just using the Nosler name to sell some very cheap projectiles which they buy in bulk and bag themselves?

Well we do make our SHOTS line in the 55gr SP, but that should be in a box as well. The bag you describe is our "2nds" bag, and I am not sure how your gun shop got them?? We don't export our 2nds, only the boxed product because of licencing issues with the State Dept.

The SHOTS 55gr is a great little bullet!

Last year I bought 2 bags of the 22 cal 50 gr FBSp bullets as seconds
from Shooters Proshop for my 22-250 Rem.
If I am not mistaken, this bullet is used to cull Kangaroos in the outback.

I can give you the Gunshops details if you wish thru Private Message...

Can they buy them in Bulk and then bag them up themselves... who is the Distributor for Aus....

They are a good bullet but am not 100% sure that these are infact NOSLER's
