all I can do is shake my head . he broke the first most basic rule of safe gun handling .

now I have a question , would this fall under a " commonsense gun law " ? ha ha ha

I guess it is no worse than the lawmaker in Kentucky (she has a "D" after her name, natch) who discharged her .380 while removing the magazine. She is blaming the gun, though it seems rather obvious that she pulled the trigger after dropping the magazine to ensure that the chamber was empty.
