There could be multiple reasons for this. I suspect, however, that a growing number of people are growing pretty disgusted with his actions. Hence, they are growing more vocal.

He got 105% of some precincts that have averaged 55% in past elections in Ohio and Florida. This guy and his tactics stink to high heaven!
