A neighbor gave me a box of older patition bullets that have a cannelure or crimping groove which the newer bullets do not have. Do I have to make any adjustments in reloading these older bullets from what I use for the newer ones. Thanks.

Other than the fact it is a different production run and you need to verify pressure and zero through working up from a safe minimum (just as you would with any change entailing a new production lot), these older Partitions will work just like the newer Partitions.

...depends...

...yeah, those come w/ age, too. As I get older, I find I need to make lots of adjustments. If those Noslers are "real old" they're probably gonna be "real slow"...

Very good, Gene. Almost an instant classic.

Remember these?

Look at those prices! Were bullets ever really that cheap? And to think, I complained that they were pricey at that time.

Don't say that! It'll give away the age of a few of us posting here.

Age? We measure your age in bullet editions......... It is easier, out of toes and fingers.

I have some .284 Hornady spire points from before 'secant ogive' was in their vocabulary. They were good at the time! So was I
