Out of 264 WinMag 140 Partitions...

Can't get from Midway and Nosler is out also...called and talked to someone and they told me they were making 264 brass currently so
should have some...trouble is I am having a 264 WM made and specified that Nosler 264WM 140 Partitions be used to set the throat and free bore..
but now can not get...When will this once again be available..? I darn sure don;t want to use Winchester's tapered bullet...suspect Remington may be doing the same...I know Nosler is NOT...so I want it specd for Nosler factory ammo...what is wrong with this..?

Grafs may have the bullets but NOT the loaded ammo...I want the loaded ammo...to send along with the rifle to the barrel maker for thoating....
will look at Cabelas...again for loaded ammo....and will once again call customer service at Nosler...last time I called everyone was out probably at the SHOT show...

Cabelas does NOT carry Nosler ammo....they have Federal...but no Nosler...

According to Nosler...they should have 140gr Partition ammo in stock by mid March...thank goodness...

What I did discover is interestiing,...Nosler reloads for a COL of 3.19
but SAAMI per the Nosler Manual #6 shows 3.34 COL....apparently they are accomodating Winchesters short thoat...so in discussion with PacNor they told me to get components and load a dummy to SAAMI specs and send them that dummy and they would throat to that specification....told PacNor that I would...that means should I use Nosler;s factory ammo I will have a miniscule amount of freebore doing this...and of course using Winchester facotry ammo...I would have even more free bore I suppose..
this has certainly been interesting to say the least...

Made up the dummy to the COL of Remington factory 140gr PSPs but using winchester brass and the 140gr Nosler Partition...this is being sent to PacNor...anticipate this will be one shooting jenny when I get it back...
will keep ya'll posted...
