pet load 223 for 1 in 12 twist barrel ar15

Hi Guys I am new to the site and I did search and did not see what I was looking for.

Does anyone have a pet load for a 223 rem using a 50 or 52 grain bullet ?
Then ontop of that I have a AR15 that has a 24 inch shillen match barrel in a 1 in 12 twist. On primers I have br4 and feds.

I have the same set up but in a stock Rock River. My load that worked with a 52 gr A-Max was 26.8 grs of W-748 (it smokes a little) I had a load for a 50 grain TNT but cant find it right know.

Thanks for the reply mray. does anyone esle have some go to loads for a 223? what about 35,40,and 45 grain bullets?
