CFE223 powder
62,000 max psi (5.56 SAAMI)
75 gr Eldm
2.470” OAL
24” barrel, 9 twist

Thx Mike!! I ve went to 25 grs with no signs of pressure and 50 fps less velocity than my 24 grs of H4895 load…. Think I can go up in .3 increments and see where I get. If no pressure and velocity gets to H4895 load I ll call it a day… they ve been grouping together currently so gives me some shooting flexibility hopefully.

Just in case anyone following; 25.5 grs of cfe223 did the same fps as 24 grs H4895 IN MY RIFLE.

Calling them exchangeable for all practical purposes. Big temp swings most likely show H4895 preference.
