I did really well with 130 Interbonds and Magpro. I have no doubts that RL22 would work just as well though. 130's at 3300+ is a screamer!

I just have to interject - I love 130gr E-Tips at 3420fps...from my 270Wby! Now, I'll be playing with my son's lefty 22" barreled 270WSM soon enough, so we'll see what it can do, too...

Thanks for the recomendation Dubyam. I'm still trying to sell myself on the mono bullets. It seems that every other week I change my mind about them..... :roll: here I go again....

As soon as I get these Accubonds flying like I want them, maybe I will play with some E tips.

dubyam has a good point. I'm shooting 130 grain E-Tips in my 270WSM. They hit hard and drop game right smartly. I have no doubt that the 140 or 130 grain AB would work just as well, but the E-Tip works marvellously on heavy boned game.

Ive seen testament to the game that you have taken with the E tip Mike. All looked as if the E-tip worked flawlessly. I'm not sure my local whitetails fall into the "heavy boned" category though :lol:
