Did a little shooting yesterday, had my 300WSM and old 7mm Rem Mag. Still working with those two. RL25 and the 7 mag are looking good, but I don't think I have found the seating depth that is really clicking with the rifle yet. Same for the 300 and the 200 AB. I had a couple decent looking, triangular groups, but nothing really like I think they should be. I will run them down further and see what comes out. Really hoping to get a good load with them.
I did also bring the Whelen out with some varying seating depths with the 200 grain Hornady Spire Point. First group out of the rifle at 3.160" really shows what the rifle is capable of.
All shooting was at 200 yards.

As I lengthened the seating depth, groups sorta opened up, till I get to 3.250"

Either way, the Whelen has a proven load in my book. IMR4064 seems to work real well with the 200's. Speed is real good too, hovering right around 2900. I gotta think those would really be dynamite on deer.
I also shot a couple of groups at 200 with the 264 Win Mag. This load seems to work pretty well for me. RL25 and either the 140 BT or AB. Both use the same die settings and powder charge. The AB is a touch faster but both hover right around the 3200 mark. I am pretty sure I am going to turn this rifle over to my cousin for our Oregon Elk hunt this Fall. It is a spike only hunt and I believe that 140 AB should be a great one.

Gotta get the 264 out to 300 and get the final zero on it.
I also put the scope back on my 270WSM and got a rough zero back on it. Got that one prepped as a back up and wanna try the 150ABLR's when they come out. Thinking it would be a sleek combo if they shoot as well as the other Noslers.
