Ready for newfoundland moose!

:grin:..Hi fellas, just getting ready and packing my luggage for newfy moose hunt...was goona take the 375 H&H alone, but the 270wsm fits in the pelican case too :grin: ..I'm flying out for this hunt to the east coast, and am aloud 2 rifles on the flight :grin: ..Most likely gonna be using the 375 H&H...But also have my 270wsm just in case 8) ...They both fit well, and well fly together :twisted: ....Lou

Thanks Scotty ...Even though there well be spare rifles in camp, I just have to bring both of my own for sure, ..Both well drop moose dead with authority, but on this hunt, the 375 H&H with 260gr accubonds well be my go to rifle for moose, if all goes well, the 270wsm well see some caribou for sure, time well tell pal?..Lou :wink:

Lou, being from Maine, I always wanted to have the opportunity to hunt in Newfoundland for both Moose and Woodland Caribou. I have only been as close as St. John's airport on a few occasions while travelling for work. I also did some work in Labrador many years ago when I was in the mining business. However, I never had a chance to hunt in Newfounland and have missed out by not getting to do that.

Thanks again guys :grin: ..Man 12 months of planning coming down to 6 more days before take off!..I well try my best, you are all with me on this hunt for sure :grin: ..I put my blood,sweat and tears on this one for sure :grin: ...I'll be watching the weather forcast for sure as well, could be goose eggs/bull or cow..the weather forcast well tell me when to squezze the trigger :wink: and make that big 375 H&H roar on newfy soil :twisted: ...Lou

Me too, I kinda like it :grin: ..just checked out the weather forcast for next week, no rain/snow etc for the hunt, with the temp about 4 degres celcious :grin: ...that was my biggest concern...sunny and cool should get those Moose out for sure :twisted: ..I don't mind cold weather, but rain kinda sucks...Looking good weather wise anyways :wink: ..Lou

Go get em bud, the H&H is moose medicine for sure, but as I found out the 270wsm is very capable of getting the job done.
