recommended load of lilgun for hornet

Different manuals list differnt loads using lilgun for 22 hornet using 45 gn bullet. I find win. hornet cases are pretty full with lilgun. Just wondering what the recommended load is.

This is for the 45grain Solid Base Bullet and the load density is at 105%.
