I have found that there are some cartridges that Q/L cannot be counted on. They include all the Rums and the 5.7x28mm.
In the 300 RUM 99.5 gr of Retumbo yields 3300 fps with a 180 gr in a 24" barrel not 26"

Plug this in Q/L and you will see the discrepancy.

It looks like RL33might be too slow for the 7mm RUM. I have had excellent results with 93.0-94.0 grs Retumbo. The 160 gr AB gets 3300+ fps and sub MOA accuracy.

It should work well in the 7RUM as I'm sure it's at least as overbore as my 6.5-300wm and I gained around 60fps over Retumbo with it.
