You can use the CCI200 primers, but you will get better performance from the CCI250 primers due to the length of the primer column. Also, if you use ball powders or if you shoot in very cold weather, it is possible that you will not get ignition of your charge. I would prefer to steer you to the magnum primers in your 7mm RM. They will perform better for you.
