Remington Model 7 trigger

The Model 7 260 Remington that I own is included in the trigger recall. I would like to replace it with a better grade of hunting trigger. What are my choices? What trigger weight is generally best for a hunting rifle?

Timney and Rifle Basix have both given me good results. Not sure if the M7 takes a different trigger than a M700.

I've used the Timney and like them for hunting rifles. One thing is for sure I wouldn't send it back.

...Timney used to make triggers for the Mod. 700 that locked the bolt on "Safe", a "3 position" & a "2 position" that allowed you to cycle the bolt by depressing the safety, not sure if they are still available...

As for the Remington recall, they still haven't made up their minds as to what they are doing in Canada. I was going to change out my triggers, including my Model 7 chambered in 260. Instead, they all got a cleaning and verified that they are set properly, and I still have rifles to play with that bear the name Remington. The lawyers got hold of this situation, I do believe.
