Ruger 77 bolt shims?

Ok I have two 77's A 77/22LR it drives tacks and a 77/22WRM it does not!

I still have to check the reciever to barrel alinment to see if it is square and fits well. And now I hear the hornet version has bolt shims, So does the rim fire version use bolt shims too?

Yup. Rimfire and hornets (either 22 or 17) both have 2 piece bolts and use same shim stock!

I have not used it much since its is a 3 MOA gun at best. But Between bolt shims, action/barrel fitting and even a Shilen barrel I should get it shooting.

My friend has a 77/22WMR in stainless thats a tack driver like my 77/22LR .
I found a NIB CZ527 in 22-Hornet about six years ago and the 77 just sat in the safe even since.
