S/W model 63 sight in issues

A friends weapon is grouping low and to the left by about 4". This is after sight adjustment has been maxed out. Until I actually shoot this .22 can't be certain. However, Are you aware of any aftermarket rear sights that would provide the needed adjustment? Thanks

Maybe have your friend adjust his grip and finger placement on the trigger. I'm guessing he is holding the revolver too tight with his right hand.

I would reserve judgement on the state of the pistols sights until you spend some time at the range with it. Years ago I took a co-worker to the range to shot my Gold Cup. He fired 5 rounds, then looks through the spotting scope to see his results.... a blank target. He tells me that the pistol isn't sighted in correctly, so I put 5 shots downrange striking exactly where they should. The truth was he was clinching and jerking the trigger and dumping the rounds into the ground 50 ft. in front of him.

I have a set of factory M63 sights and a barrel in my parts collection should the issue be real.
