I googled for the torque specs on a Sako A7 and came up blank so I broke down and called Beretta. I thought since I went through the trouble I'd post it here in case it helps someone out in the future.
This is just for the A7 I do not know if this applies to other models.
They told me to torque the action screws to no more the 25-30 in/lbs. They said it is basically hand tight, but this is not an accurate measurement so 25-30 in/lbs. was more accurate, found from testing imported Sakos. Any more, it could damage the rifle. And the Torx bit for these screws is the T-25.
Hope that helps someone.
