this morning me and Sally went out checking our trapline . there was a place I wanted to put a couple K9 sets in , so I carried all that stuff in too . I get to putting in my first set , and she comes back with a leg bone . pretty soon her she came with another bone , and laid by me a chewed it for awhile . then she comes back with a pelvis bone . she's gone for awhile this time , and I hear her coming , she brought the deer head with horns to me this time . it was awkward for her to carry , I'm glad she didn't poke an eye . it's a decent 9 point . I'm surprised how good of condition it's in . she also brought a piece of fairly fresh spine , it still had some red meat on it . yesterday was her 6 year birthday . today she got her own gift , a euro mount . I have worked with her to find shed antlers , and she does find some , this is the first time she brought the whole skull .
