Never thought of trying it in my little Brother's 257 Wby... I am working up some loads with the 120 Partition and have always used RL25, but might give 33 a shot if it looks like it would work and gets more speed. 25 is good for 3250 with the 120 as it sits.

MANNNNNNNN...... That might be something in the 257 then with the 120 Partition...

My little brother has a 270 Win and a 257 and is dying to buy a new rifle to elk hunt with.. I keep trying to tell him, he shoots his 257 and 270 real well and as long as he takes solid shots (as we all should) no cow or bull will get away with a great bullet in either one of them.

I think I am going to load up a couple of these tonight with 120 Partitions and see what happens. That would make a boomer of a load if it shoots.
