Should I spiral flute my bolt??

Hey Big Rifle Man: I've been looking for one of those TI 700's in 7mm-08 for a few years.... Any chance you want to sell it??? Or, could I at least get in line as a prospective buyer?? Is the rifle still with the original stock and barrel? How does it shoot???

Yes. It may not shoot better, but it looks so cool!

rquack, not at this time. The rifle will put three shots in a half inch at 100 yards. I've got a leupy 2X8 on it with ultra light mounts and it is a dream. Everything is original. When I bought it price was roughly a grand, now the going price is twenty three hundred. To be honest I haven't seen any around. (It's a real keeper). I've had a couple of fellows at my gun club ask me if it was for sale and I declined. Haven't seen any at the gunshows I frequent. I've been looking for a 336 Marlin Model Texan in .35 caliber for a long time and haven't had a bit of luck.

Like a fool, I passed up one of those Ti 700's in 7mm-08 brand new about 8 years ago. At the time my daughter was getting married and I had just bought a 700 Classic 7Mag for my new son-in law, put a custom made, highly figured stock on it with a Zeiss scope. That purchase and the wedding costs had me tapped out, but I continued to dream; should have done it anyway... So the search continues....

Message for 257 Ackley, How are those guys at red hawk rifle to work with, I am about ready to pull the trigger on a 7MM,

Richard is a great guy to work with...answered all my questions and always had time to talk. He sends a target that is shot with factory ammo for every rifle he builds. Most would "like" to be able to duplicate the results of his test targets using factory ammo. If you are looking for a scope for the rifle, he is a stocking dealer for Zeiss and will give you a great deal on one while you are buying the rifle.

I was gonna have him to a turn key deal , rifle, scope (lupe,4.5x14 LR) with kenton turretts and have RMAP work up the loads with 160 grain Accubonds and if you buy three boxes of ammo they will give the recipe, this will save me some time and I can do more shooting. Per Richard ready to shoot for under 3.
