It has taken over 20 years to acquire these rifles! Have hunted with a number of them, and am looking forward to hunting with all of them in the years to come! The Winchester '94 Big Bore in 375 Win is unfired.

Missing from this collection are my two other Winchester Model 88's. One in a heavy barrelled 338 Federal (seen in another thread with my caribou harvested this fall; in to the gunsmith to work on feeding issue). And the second is being rebarrelled to 7mm-08 as we speak.

Still looking to add a Browning Model 65 in 218 Bee to the collection and either a Winchester Model 9422 XTR or a Browning BL-22.

Question for those who know how to repair damaged stocks. In the last photo above, you can see marks in the clear finish on the left side of the 348 buttstock. Any suggestions in how to remove these without damaging the finish?

Oh, and a Marlin 444!

I have owned two different 45/70's over the years; a Browning 1886 and a Marlin 1895 SS.
No offence to this grand old cartridge, or those who have and use them...but I have just not been able to warm up to the 45/70.

Don't seem to have a photo handy of the 308 Browning BLR, it's one of the early ones, made in Belgium, with the steel receiver. Nice rifle. I don't haul it out of the safe often though.

Neat old Savage.
Sellier & Bellot is making ammo for it as well, marked as 5.6x52R (like your Norma). Not usually stocked on store shelves, but can be ordered.
Found some a few years back for others who wanted to be able to use their 22 Hi Powers.

Lovely lever guns, Guy. I know they are used, and that makes them more beautiful still. Yeah, that Savage is sweet. I'm a sucker for these "obsolete" cartridges.
