Smith and Wesson I-Bolt

Any one here have any personal experience with one? I may be getting one in trade. I wondering if they are good rifle are not?

Doesn't TC make the barrels for them? Actually, doesn't S&W own TC?

From what I have read TC makes the barrels and everything else is made in house at Smith and Wesson. I don't know about them owning TC though.

I have handled a couple of S&W rifles. They appear to be well-built. I have not fired one yet, though I have known a couple of people that bought them. All speak well of them. No complaints from anyone that I know. Reasonable accuracy and well-balanced.

I think there is a recall on some of the early versions. Other than that they seam like a nice rig.
