My 1100 is only about 6-7yrs old. And I think we will be shooting 2 shot, BB, BBB something in that range. 2 3/4

Do you have a 2-3/4& 3" chambers? Or is it only 2-3/4? I have shot lots of Canadas with the ol wing master and 2-3/4" . But !!!!! 3" is just about perfect, I have a 3-1/2" now and still shoot mostly 3" . Every now and then the 3-1/2 is nice. If your shooting steel shot in that 1100 , personally I would go with a modified choke.

Its 2 3/4 only chamber. My 870 express is chambered for both, but my 1100 is 2 3/4 only.

Unfortunately due to our colorado weather had to cancel the trip. Blizzarding and all of the highways east out of the springs are closed. Dang weather!
