I had a little extra time yesterday, so I decided to check a couple of my guns for cleanliness. I first checked out my sons M1 carbine, and as expected , the bore was clean and other than a little dust, all was good. Then I picked up my 54 cal Sharpe's percussion, and was afraid to look down the bore because I am always afraid that the Goex didn't get cleaned out good the last time I shot it and I would see nothing but corrosion from breach to muzzle. Well apparently I'm doing better than I thought, because all I saw was shine from one end to the other.
