Son’s ‘21 Muley

My son shot his best buck to date last week. He used his Remington 700 in 270 Win - 130 gr. BT handloads.

Shot was 200 yards after making a stalk up a steep ridge to get elevation on him as he worked a herd of does. Buck was quartering to us slightly. He only made it about 10 yards after impact.

We were both pretty excited!

Well that is another fine deer and a great pic and hunt. I've noticed too that the "Obsolete 270" is handily accounting for several animals lately. CL
