Stopped by the gun shop on the way home from work with no intention of getting anything, and left with 2 lbs of bullseye, 2 lbs of power pistol, 1 lbs of titegroup and a 1000 lrg pistol primers. He was just about cleaned out and thought better safe than sorry! It will be sometime before I need anything else.

Good thinking.

A Greek proverb says "I cook before I get hungry!"

Made up an order list for 45ACP this weekend and was checking out the usual sites and it was very difficult to find 230gr FMJ or SD bullets anywhere. Not sure if this is typical at this time of the year but I'm thinking not to this degree. I hate to be an alarmist but I think the run on supplies is definitely in full gear.

...I'm pretty much proceeding the same as "Last Time", picking up some primers, a lb. of powder, a box of .40 S&W's, .22Mags, or .22's, or some likely bullets when I find 'em, not really goin' crazy, but still seems I'm aquiring a a pretty good "stockpile"...

I just had my first range session using Montana Gold CMJ's for 9mm and was very impressed. If I was bulk reloading 45, I'd be giving them a call.

I'm well stocked on 45 ACP and 40 cal bullets. I did look around and had no luck finding anyone who had 45 ACP or small pistol primers in stock. Luckily I'm well stocked on small pistol primers and won't be needing any for a very long time too come.

I'm still burning components from the first AWB.... Not stocking this time... :)

My brother was kind enough to hook me up with a box of 1000 69 Grain .224 custom competitions and a box of Lapua .308 Win brass. Now I need large quantities of powder, primers, some more .223/5.56 brass, and a ton of .30 cal bullets.
