My brother in law had been using 180gr core-lokt factory ammo in his .308 winchester for years but had been dissapointed with accuracy and performance over the past couple of years.
I told him he was hunting with alot of bullet for the East coast Whitetails that average about 100lbs.
He reluctently agreed to try some of my 150 Ballistic tip reloads, and this evening he called to report he had killed a small 6 point buck, and the bullet was devastating. The buck went 15yards after a quartering away shot entered the stomach area, and exited the front arm-pit area.
He wants to restock my supply so I can continue to provide him with his now new "Pet hunting load".
