t c twist and nosler bullet

hi guys,,,my very first posting,,,,just bought a t c contender super 14 in .223 cal. ,,burris 4x scope and have been reloading for a couple years.please,,,can anyone tell me the rate of twist of this barrel and am going with the nosler 60 grain spitzer loaded with 24.5 grains of 4895 imr powder . does this bullet coincide with my twist,and is 24.5 grains a little too much. i received this info for the nosler 60 grain .all thoughts appreciated,,,thank you,joe[/url]

With a 1:12 twist you should be close. I have shot bullets in the 60 gr range with such a twist successfully. Try it and let us know.
