What do you feel the recoil is comparable to, both with and without the Accubrake ?

There is no accubrake on it. Personally I can not tell the difference between it and a 7mm rem mag

I just wish that Weatherby didn't charge $400+ for that stock. Bell & Carlson won't sell you one direct, so Wby is the only source. I would have purchased at least one by now, but at their price I bought a McMillan on sale instead.

I tell ya, if I didn't have a screamer of a 264 I'd be enticed by the Weatherby. It is a hunters dream, decent recoil and alot of performance.
