Spent some time last week making sure my rifles were ready for the coming season.
Yesterday I did a few tweaks to make sure that I’m all good with my Model 94.
I’m hand loading Hornady’s FTX bullet with a close to max load of their Leverevolution powder.
I am very happy with the way things went, and I even tried out to two hundred yards with this load, and iron sights.
Williams Foolproof Peep on the receiver and original brass bead/post with hood.

This is the target shot at two hundred yards.
The bottom shot is with the top of the bead even with the top of the target, and the two top shots are with the bead sitting on the top of the target.
Had a right to left crosswind of about 6-7 mph
