This evil temptress will not leave me alone!

Real pretty rifle...but it looks like a kicker. Just how bad is the recoil on a 378?

You can train yourself to tolerate recoil. Don't engage in extended sessions. Shoot from a standing position whenever possible. Don't get too rigid when pulling the trigger.

Or get a lead sled.

I only use a lead sled for extended sessions with multiple big boomers. The accuracy is degraded markedly when using the lead sled.

That is how I killed a couple of Mark 4 Leupolds. I sold my lead sled.

OUCH...FOTIS you planning on a brake?

Honestly?

I am afraid if I brake it!!! It will destroy scopes like my last one.

I do not want a Nightforce on this I wan to keep it svelte.

They do put a strain on equipment, they brake stocks also.

Cabelas shipped her out. Will be here Tuesday. Looking for dies and brass.

Fotis, There's another one for sale on the Weatherby Nation forum if you need a spare.

How could I have missed this thread here ?...:)

Congratulations Fotis...

The .378Bee is THE Weatherby caliber...it's all what Weatherby is all about..maximum reach with deadliest force with flattest trajectory. Federal Cartridge Company ought to make bricks of 500 rounds like they do .22LR ammo in my book...:LOL.
As I understand Fotis your favorite bullet is the 260grain AB which is still the best long range bullet available..that I too must try out.

Fine rifle indeed!....and its a WEATHERBY.
