Here are a few recent pictures from my Leupold RCX2 camera out back.

Doe with triplet fawns. Notice the tom turkey and the black squirrel in the background.

There are a couple brutes but they are camera shy this time of year.

Jim, Trail cams have certainly come a long way in a very short time. That Leupold takes truly sharp pictures. Bill, that is a fine looking little buck.

Nice pictures I think that buck is in my back yard right now !!

I had one like that in the pasture 100 yards from my house this afternoon. The white tails are just starting to show up here. It has been mostly mule deer for all my life till now.

Pretty cool. I failed the turkey and squirell finding test though.

Greg,

To the right of the deer, between the trees, is a Tom Turkey walking away. To the right of the turkey, on the side of the double trees is a black squirrel.

I see the turkey now, I suppose that the squirell is the dark colored fuzzy thing in the cleared area ! i have been seeing two sets of turkey hens on my morning walks. All totaled about 40 birds. The little ones are about the size of a "small" chicken now.

Now I see them. Great view from your back yard Jim, it must go nice with a cup of coffee in the morning.

You have some dandies hanging out behind your house, Jim.

And they are waiting for Danielle.
There are a couple big biys too that I have seen but on on camera......yet.
I will bow hunt for something decent. These youngsters are perfect for the young hunters like my daughter.

Without a doubt! Can't wait to see what is taken off the JD Ranch this Fall.

Here is my best one I've found so far. Not wide and 8pts but excellent height and good mass. I've never taken a real good 8pt and would like to get this one. I've been watching him in the spotter most evenings, if his pattern holds I might get a chance with my muzzle loader.

That is a dandy 8 pt. I hope you get him.

Thanks guys, hopefully it will come together. Last time I had one patterned like this was 2009 and that buck disappeared 3 days before the season and I didn't see him again for months. The weather turned real cold and nasty near the end of rifle season and I finally got him right before dark. That was before I had trail cams out to catch nocturnal activity.
