Trickle down effect...need suggestions

I replaced a scoped on one of my rifles and now decided what to do with the one i pulled off, ziess terra 3x 4-12 x42. I have a tikka 695 long range in 25-06 and a ruger American predator in 260. I also have a Burris e1 4.5-14x42. The tikka will probably be shot more than the ruger, which scope would you put on which rifle, and why?

Lol yes but that just creates more decisions...i do have one picked out but no clue what i would scope it with.

I put the scopes side by side to compare at distance and the Burris was sharper at the same power so it stayed on the 25-06.
