I cronographed the load of 51.5 gr with 115 BT bullet and never got close to 3050 or 3100 FPS as Rem man stated. Used a rem 700 with 24" barrel. It was very dam close to what pop printed out with his program within 25 FPS!!! I got 2828FPS with 51.5 gr and 2930 fps at 52.5 gr of RL-22.
I have decided to go with 52 and 52.5 and will bench test these for the best accuracy and I'll have my load for long range coyotes, antelope and deer hunting all with the same bullet !!!
Thanks for the help from all you guys. I don't save fur so the hole in the coyote means nothing, this will be my part time predator control gun used on days of winds over 10 mph, my main coyote gun is a 22-250. This should make a great rifle for the goats and deer as well. If I draw a cow elk tag I'll try some partitions in it as well and keep my elk shots at less than 150 yrds.
