Are there any charts on bullet expansion and minimum FPS? For example, a 30 caliber b-tip needs to have "X" FPS to expand properly.

I would think that every bullet is designed with a velocity range in mind. Are these charts available? How do you know if in reloading you are using a bullet that was designed for a greater or lesser speed?

Nosler BT's are designed to expand down to 1600 fps, thats why they are popular with handgun hunters.
The PT's are designed to expand down to approx. 1900 fps.

Already stated, but the BT can go down to 1600fps and the PT down to 1800-1900 fps.

Would it be correct to assume the AccuBond expansion threshold is about 1800 fps?
