very sharp rifle. too bad I'm addicted to tang thumb safety's. Just can't shoot anything else now. I really like the 358. win he has and not much more expensive than the 35 whelen.

Lou, you son of a gun, they are just about giving that 358 Win away!! :lol:

Ah, but yeah, that 358 is pretty sharp.. I imagine you could put your own together for much less though.. That Whelen and 358 would be a pretty cool pair of rifles. I am pretty sure if more people could/would use the Whelen, they would see it's charm...

Nice rifle indeed. Anyone notice in the third photo down, "Fajen" can be seen on the stock just ahead of the bolt handle? I never saw anything like that, and I never knew Fajen made anything that nice.
