We took a road trip out west and hung out in WY.
We visited Weatherby during our trip. Corey greeted us and we chatted for a bit. Sue fell in love with the Mark V Camelia Ultra Light and is torn between the 6.5 Wby RPM and the 280AI.
Before we left, Corey gave me a copy of the Weatherby 75th Anniversary book which covers the history of the company and is full of pictures of Roy, Ed and Adam. It's a must have!
Looks like there is going to be a couple of new Weatherby rifles going into the vault.

Glad you made the trip. Yeah, a couple of new rifles would suit you quite well! (y) Two fine cartridges, that's for sure.

Had a great time in Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons. Saw a lot of wildlife including Moose and 2 grizzly bears.

Jim,
That sounds like a great trip. I look forward to seeing the new rifles.

I would go with the 280AI as I would want to try out Federal's 155gr Terminal Ascent ammo in it!

Would be a wonderful place to visit. Expensive too lol. Hard to go wrong with either of those options but I would look at the 6.5 Wby RPM first. Pretty much a 264 WM in performance and will shoot flat without the issues of the bigger magnum 6.5's.
