...well, you can add Oregon Democrats...

This "piling on" the anti fad is getting tiresome and really irritating.
D

And the madness continues to spread at an alarming rate. These "D's" really are insane, as is anyone who votes for them.

Agreed. I am ashamed of all of them. Words cannot describe the betrayal they are trying to setup to befall this great nation. You wont catch me voting for these assholes.

The basic math of this anti stuff doesn't ever add up. If Fred robs you and burns your house down, you don't go to Joe's house and ask him to account. Sure Joe has a gun as you should've and Fred obviously did. Were that the case, you could've saved yourself.

And they call us insane.

I watched an IL lawmaker assail the Chicago pols this morning. His point was that disarming the entire State because Chicago has a problem is like being castrated because too many children are being born in Chicago. It elicited a rebuke from the Speaker, but the point was well taken.

I'm sure we'd welcome Nosler in Alabama, as well. In fact, I'd be happy to act as their forward agent down here. I already know some great property where they could locate...

I think Nosler should join the Speer bullet company and move to Idaho. Gov. Otter would likely give Nosler free land to set up shop. Gun control is dead in Idaho. Gun rights are thriving.
It would be a short 265 mile relocation to get to ID! There are many companies that are having their convictions backed into a corner and some of them are fighting back. Magpul being the first to come to mind in Colorado. They told legislators that if CO passes restrictive new gun laws that they were leaving CO at a loss of 600 jobs when all said and done. The CO dems in their House told Magpul that since there was a manufacturing exemption in the bill, any decision to leave CO and cause those jobs to be lost would be on Magpuls shoulders. Magpul replied that they are a company of values and convictions and unlike politicians, they are not for sale... in effect told em to pound sand. Whispers are that if all goes through and Magpul's forced out, ID and TX are on the shortlist. We have a couple morons in this state, but by and large, any anti gun law is DOA.

I gotta tell ya Scotty, the old saying that beauty is only skin deep doesn't just apply to people. My wife and I were enamored with OR when we moved there from the LA area back in 03. We were off the I-5 corridor which pretty much takes you up the west end of the state past all the beautiful scenery. But a couple years in, we could tell things were amiss in OR. Although there are plenty of hunters, there is also a pervasive liberal mindset that infects a majority of the folks there, including the hunters/gun owners, which I got to witness first hand. It certainly isn't a matter of them all being that way, but it was staggering to see so many gun owners vote left without any concern. It wasn't long before I saw the state as ugly and repulsive... you could say we saw the "forest" through the trees and the "forest" sucked.

Idaho has it all for the hunter and anything outdoors. The state legislature does not have very many demos. In the senate there is 28 repubs and only7 taxocrats. The house split is 57 repubs versus 13 taxocrats. I,m thinking very serious about migrating inland. The area between Coeur D Alene and Bonners Ferry is where I,m headed if can sell out here. Gun control, recreational pot, and many more issues are just too much to tolerate in Wa. Wa.has beautifull country as well as Oregon. However Wa.game Dept. manages the hunters and not the game. California, Wa. and Oregon are not worth the fight. There gone to libs.

...go straight on up to Boundary Co., skip Bonner & Kootenai...

Hubcap, I've always been a big city person (grew up in LA for 18 years, Phoenix for 6 years, LA for 4 more years, then we hit OR winding up in the Eugene/Springfield area for about 5 years). A few years in, we headed to Boise to visit some friends and we loved it. Moved here just a year or two after that visit. It is a semi big city without many of the big city problems. Yeah, we've got libs here too, but they most definitely comprise the minority. I'm less than hour from great duck hunting on the Snake or Boise Rivers and an hour away from elk & mulie hunting in the mountains. Plenty of flat land south of me to just go and set up for a day of shooting. I just wish I had found ID sooner.
