Along some others I finally shot my Taurus PT99 in 9mm and my CZ-99 in 40 S&W.
I am completely satisfied with both handguns. They are both gems. No FTF or FTE and very accurate.
I also took Anna with me and she almost went through a brick of 22 LRs (ruger 45/22) and a crap load of 32 ACP in my Beretta Tomcat!!!!
Same deal with my 5.7x28 FN. She loves that one!

These days with the non-availability of 22's it is cheaper to cloth and feed her! :p

That is true but man what an ammo hog!

Fotis 22LR are the only thing that is not scares around here :). I picked up 2 525 packs of federals for 20.00 Canadian each hey!

Blessings,
Dan

Ouch, that is absolutely crazy.
Someone is making some serious coin.

The same guy who will never see a cent after this mess is over!

Fotis,

Sounds like a great day to me buddy.

That is a small price to pay for time with your daughter. Sounds great to me.

I went out to the range this afternoon to shoot the big 416 Wby.

Got my PU stuck in the snow and had to have a friend give me a pull.
Shot 3 rounds and the scope turned and I forgot my tools!
It was alright, shot it 3 times. First shot was with the brake and the recoil was about the same as the 338 RUM 300 gr AB loads with the brake. I fired a second round off the bench without the brake and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Fired a third round off hand w/o the brake. She jumped pretty good but not what I thought it would be.
The load is a Speer 350 gr Mag Tip with 115 gr H4350 in a Norma case and a Federal GM215M primer.

I need to wait for the snow to melt and then I will be back out to the range. I will also bring the chronograph to clock the loads.
Man, I really like this rifle.
Sorry, no pictures, the batteries died in the camera.
