What a tank!!

Finally i can rest. Netted 165 pounds of ground meat, plus the stew cubes, roasts, sausages, straps and loins. It's a blessing, decided to use 20% beef brisket ratio to nilgai ground instead of 30%. Making my nilgai hamburger tonight. ;)

Thanks guys for the nice compliments. BTW, I could smell my 1/2 horsepower Lem grinder getting burnt grinding all that meat. :LOL: Had to put some ice cold wraps around that grinder housing to keep it from getting too warm. Right before I grind, I freeze all the steel housing, plates, knife and auger for a couple hours and after running 105 pounds of meat in one go, it got a bit warm.
