Are there any visible signs I can see too get a general idea about whether my loads are to high or to low at the range. I did watch a great video on utube which showed what to look for in the primer and what terrific info. Bought myself a manifying light and mounted it to me bench, after that just to study the primers after the mess I created earlier. But if theres anything I might be able to see at the range I would appreciate it thanks.

The best advice I can give is to purchase a couple of reputable hand loading guides and read them thoroughly. Speer and Nosler are two that are especially helpful in providing signs of high pressure. No doubt, the Sierra, Hornady and other guides give equally good information.
