But honestly my favorite rifle to hunt with is my 280 Ack. Imp. Jarrett Rilfe. This was built when Kenny used his barrels on Remington 700 Actions. It wears a 24" 1:10 twist #4 taper Jarrett Barrel, Shilen Trigger, McMillian Sako hunter stock, Zeiss Diavari V 5-15x42 T scope in Talley Rings and Bases. My two hunting loads are both Nosler bullets, a 150 BT @ 3,000 fps and a 175 Partition @ 2800 fps. Best shot was at a running Black Buck I took at 350 yards. I had to aim above is head, and centered the cross hairs in the "V" of his horns. Rick from Zimbabwe couldn't believe I made that shot! The bullet entered an inch below his balls and stopped before the front of his chest. One of my nicest mounts, and an unbelievable shot!
