whats the difference between H4350 and IMR4350

No!
H4350 is generally slower burning then its IMR counter part. Some say it is OK to use H4350 data with IMR4350 but I believe in following the books. Powders are known to flip-flop in their burn rate between some cartridges at times, and I feel it is better safe then sorry. Hodgdon has plenty of data for their powder on their web site if you need it. They also own IMR now and offer data for that line too.
Don`t mix the brands and data.......
