Looking for some 6.5 mm 129 LR accubonds? When will more be made? These seem to be hard to find? Do they take more to make than other bullets or is Nilser looking to bring out a new improved version for 2016?

It's unfortunate. I really really hate being critical of Nosler on their own forum. But a stead supply chain is critical. These go empty on store shelves for several months at a time. But you can always seem to find Bergers. :(

I use Nosler BT, PT, and AB for other rifles of mine. But my long range build I had to go with the Bergers. And I'm from Oregon, I want to support Noser first, but I need a reliable supply of bullets if I take the time to develop a load.

Once hunting & Christmas are over I am hoping to make a large order from x-Reloading as a few of my friends have ordered from them and have been very happy with the service. I wish they would supply powder as I would really like to top up IMR4350 & try a few different Alliant powders as well. I again have been told that the powder supply is going to step up in the next little while but I really won't believe until I see it.
Around Saskatchewan I keep hearing the same thing about Nosler bullets everyone wants to use or try them but can't really find a steady enough supply :(.

Blessings,
Dan

I stocked up on bullets from X-Reloading last evening, Dan. I cleaned them out on a couple of bullets (there were only one or two boxes of those particular bullets). I did pick up two boxes of the 129 grain ABLR in 6.5mm. Thank you, Gerry, for alerting me to this.

+1 very hard to come by compared to the Berger bullets, even when you do see them, a single box or maybe two.

I'd love some too! Would also like some 142's as well. I only have 20 or 30 left loaded and ready to go but I want to have some on reserve before these are finished off. When they had them, SW here would only put out one or two boxes on the shelves a day. Employee confirmed they with held them in the back. It was a stroke of luck to get in there and get a box before someone else grabbed it. Nosler produces a lot more varieties of bullets for for caliber's than Berger- I would love to know their production cycles so I can be prepared and not waiting for months to a year.

Mike, I am sure glad you were able to pick up some but I am going to really wait until after Christmas as I have been spending money like water lately.
I am getting my store boughts  in the beginning of January then I should be okay (y). We are going to try & save for the trip this summer as I am missing some of that good old Baptist preaching .

Glad you were able to stock up DrMike.

To the OP, there has got to be some available down in the U.S. somewhere, the 129's were out of stock and some just came in. Hope you find some.......

I managed to grab 2 boxes of .257/110's that Midway had. That should hold me through hunting season and the first couple of trips to the range in January. But, quite simply, I've been forced to switch to another brand on a couple of rifles because of lack of inventory.
Even if the bullets showed up today, I probably won't buy any simply due to the quantities of other good products from other manufacturer's out there.
Nosler's loss, other manufacturer's gain.
