Which to use: 53 gr. hornady V-Max OR sierra 55 gr. HP in a 22-250 AI with 1-12 twist ???

Have both bullets. What are pro and cons between performance of the two?
Playing with coyotes and punching paper out to maybe 400 or so yards.
