Whitetail in Anticosti Island

Hunting in Anticosti Island for whitetail deer in Sept.06.Looking for a bullet ,primer,brass and powder suggestions to provide maximum shocking power to "drop" deer in its tracks. Will be hunting with a Browning 7mm mag with boss.

The deer there are just deer. I am all for and suggest a powerful round anyway but for instant kills it's more shot location than anything. A powerful round may make up for a hit on the edges however by increasing the size of the wound.
