I just got word that the second of the six McMillan stocks I have on order is done. Yippee! This one is a predominantly purple McSwirley for my 7WSM Howa. I am just a little excited. Of course, I don't get to see it for another two plus weeks.

Sorta. I prefer, "Pimped Out". Just need to get some gold teeth... err, scope rings.

Make sure that your gold rings are engraved (filigreed?).

I was hoping to get some with rhinestone or cubit zirconium inlayed, but I was worried about recoil shaking them loose.

All kidding aside, I really like purple... my water bottles at work are purple, the caribiner holding my tack ball to my survey vest is purple, my iPhone case is purple, my first Mickey is purple. I like purple.

Actually, JD, that's the last one I had ordered, a Remington Sporter pattern 40% purple, 40% blue, and 20% black, inletted for a 700 ADL, standard barrel profile. It's probably going on an ADL SS '06.

Those are some sharp looking stocks! I love mine. I'm thinking my next one will be the same color of blue as the one you have, but dark grey instead of purple.

I've seen a few of them that have purple in them. They are quite catchy, and you wont find many like it.
