25-06, Very good info. I will continue following your progress with it. I have become very impressed with the 6.5 caliber. Mine is a 260. The 260 seems to be an excellent balance of powder and recoil to performance for my East coast hunting. If I hunted a lot out west I would have to experiment with the 264 WM. RM2506, that is a good looking M70! Pretty good grab in 264WM also! I have a 7mm Rem Mag exactly like yours and it has been a great rifle. Scotty
