I had a great hunt this past week in Central Wyoming. Saw hundreds of goats and passed up shooting chances on at least 18 borderline bucks. Found this old wide guy and couldn't say no as I loved his character. Horns were 14.25 and 14.5". Shot was 371 yards with the 300 RUM shooting 180 accubonds at 3350, putting him down. Great trip and I already can't wait to get back and do it again! Next up is Idaho Mule Deer and Elk in two weeks.

Yea I wanted to use the trusted and trued Winchester 70 270, but I just love this RUM too much to leave it at home.

Nice buck. Thanks for sharing your hunt. I love those big sky high plains pics. Thanks again.

That is an interesting buck. Congratulations on doing the job well.

Nice buck and nice shot! I love hunting and eating antelope. I think they are one of the best wild game animals out there as far as eating goes!

Congrats on a nice goat! Those 300 rums will reach out there.

All the best, Jim
